How long does a typical installation take?
For a single room — home cinema or smart home automation zone — allow 1–2 days on site. A full villa integration (AV, lighting control, climate, security) typically runs 2–4 weeks depending on scope and third-party readiness. We’ll give you a precise programme during your consultation.
Do you offer a warranty on installations?
Yes. All installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty as standard, covering any defects in our installation work. Individual products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties — typically 2–5 years. We also offer Annual Maintenance Contracts for ongoing peace of mind.
Can you work with an existing AV system?
Absolutely. We regularly integrate new systems alongside existing infrastructure — whether that’s upgrading an older control system, adding Dolby Atmos to an existing cinema room, or layering Lutron lighting control into a built villa. Where possible we reuse and upgrade; where it’s not, we’ll tell you honestly.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes — we offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) covering scheduled servicing, remote monitoring, priority response and software updates. Most of our villa clients take an AMC; when something goes wrong at 7pm before a dinner party, you want one number to call. Ask us for details during your consultation.
What brands do you work with?
Our core brands are Control4, Crestron, Lutron, KNX, Sony (laser projection), PMC, Paradigm, Sonance and Anthem. We’re authorised dealers and certified programmers for each — so we stand behind the installation, not just the hardware. We don’t install brands we can’t fully support.
