Control4 is typically the right choice for residential villas where the priority is a best-in-class user experience, broad third-party device compatibility and a proven, scalable platform. Crestron is more common in ultra-high-specification bespoke projects and large commercial environments. KNX is the right choice where an open, decentralised, IP-based system is preferred — common in architect-specified projects where system longevity and vendor independence matter.

We work with all three platforms and won’t recommend one over another based on margin. We’ll tell you which is right for your project based on your brief, your villa’s MEP layout and your long-term support expectations.

We design your Control4 system before fit-out begins — producing controller placement drawings, cable schedules, keypad location plans and integration maps for your MEP contractor. Programming happens on site during commissioning. We don’t hand over half-programmed systems. You receive a fully working system, full documentation, a walkthrough and a direct line to your engineer.
